Just some information about the loose knit team that will be working on keeping Earth Eternal alive a little longer.

===== Our Goals And General Direction =====

These will be fine tuned, added to, removed etc ..

  * To continue to provide a home for Earth Eternal, broken as it is.
  * To hopefully improve on it if and where we can. Greth has given us a solid server to work with, the rest is up to us.
  * We mostly love the Lore, so no unjustified messing with it! Lore may be expanded upon, as long as it doesn't conflict with existing known facts. Any new history should have at least some link to existing characters or places.
  * We mostly love the world it is set in, any changes to this will for the forseeable future mostly be already planned additions. However, anything SPM or Greth never released is fair game, as long as it doesn't conflict with other goals.


As for a general idea of when this might happen ...

==== Short Term ====

  * Maintain a running server for the remaining players to hang out, and new players should they arrive of course.
  * All development team members to develop an understanding process of running a server and working on their chosen area.
  * Decide on content to be introduced for medium term.

==== Medium Term ====

  * Introduce some of the incomplete content.
  * Introduce some simple server modifications (don't know what yet!).

==== Long Term ====

  * Have some of the more ambitious server ideas implemented.
  * Finish all incomplete content, and introduce more.
  * Complete and start to test Iceclient.
